At
Ricker's we use this blog to share ways that we help each other out, to sing
the praises of those unsung heroes that go above and beyond the job, and to
share community news. However, we also can use this tool to lift each other up
when life gets a little rough (and we all know it does).
Two of
our employees recently lost loved ones and we would like to take a moment to
offer our condolences to these two members of the Ricker Oil Company Family.
To
David Scott on the passing of his mother and to Margaret Francis on the passing
of her father:
On
behalf of Ricker Oil Company Family. our deepest sympathies and thoughts go to
you and your families during your time of loss.
We hope
you will find this uplifting.
Memories in The Heart
Unknown
Feel
no guilt in laughter, they know how much you care
Feel no sorrow in a smile that they are not here to share
You cannot grieve forever, they would not want you to
They'd hope that you can carry on, the way you always do
So talk about the good times and the ways you showed you cared
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared
Let memories surround you. A word someone may say,
Will suddenly recapture a time, an hour, or a day,
That brings them back as clearly as though they were still here
And fills you with the feelings that they are always near
For if you keep these moments, you will never be apart
And they will live forever locked safe within your heart
Feel no sorrow in a smile that they are not here to share
You cannot grieve forever, they would not want you to
They'd hope that you can carry on, the way you always do
So talk about the good times and the ways you showed you cared
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared
Let memories surround you. A word someone may say,
Will suddenly recapture a time, an hour, or a day,
That brings them back as clearly as though they were still here
And fills you with the feelings that they are always near
For if you keep these moments, you will never be apart
And they will live forever locked safe within your heart
