drove me home. I just feel really blessed.”

“I would like to
thank Mary Jo Barth for all her hard work in running both Subways here in Indy,
Fall Creek, and East Washington, She has put many hours into maintaining the

Weekly Recognition Roundup- June 13, 2014
It’s time for another Recognition Roundup! We have some amazing superstars and we want to
make sure they are getting the recognition they deserve.
First, we have Middletown
Store. That’s right- The WHOLE Store got a shout out from their
Manager- Teresa Brengman.
“I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT!! to
the whole Middletown /Subway staff We have been shorthanded an extremely Busy
and Every single employee has stepped it up and helped out anyway they could
weather its covering a shift or jumping on line helping Subway or c side way to
show Team WORK! So proud of our MIDDLETOWN TEAM!! YOU ROCK!
Way to Rock it our Middletown! Keep up the WOW work!

Next on our roundup is one of our newer Associate Managers- Jared
Harrison from Central Avenue. His shout out is from Store Manager MJ Stewart.
“Jared followed up on a tip about a customer
stealing. After investigation the incident and getting the police involved, it
was discovered that the customer had outstanding warrants. Great Job Jared!”
WOW Jared! Way to keep an eye
out for your store! Batman called and he
wants some crime fighting tips from you!

Finally on this week’s recognition roundup we have Store Manager
Crystal Catt. Crystal was nominated by her Associate Manager, Gary Graham.
“Our manager at Keystone, Crystal Catt,
deserves much more than a shout out from all of us here. I know there
have been many occasions where Crystal comes to the store as early as 3:30am to
do special projects and is still working at 6 or 7pm. One day we came in
at 4:00 am to paint the bollards at the pumps because the traffic is light and
there are no interruptions to customers. I have a candid picture of her
lying on her back on the floor of the back room scrubbing the underneath parts
of the BIB racks. These are just a few of many examples of how dedicated
she is to her store and our customers. Rarely does she say “Why don’t you
go do …..”, rather, she says, “Why don’t you help me get this done…” and then
she works with someone, always the mentor. She never asks someone to do
something she is not willing to do herself.
She has patiently shown me easier ways to do
managerial tasks and never criticizes if we do something differently as long as
the correct result is achieved. She is witty and a joy to work
with. Rarely does a day go by when she doesn’t say “Have I told you how
much I appreciate you?” She finds a way to praise each employee
without showing favoritism. And as I said earlier, she is not only a team
player, but a team builder.
Crystal makes it a joy to come to work
because she is a true leader. And a true leader leads by example.
Crystal- All we can say is
WOW! You are an amazing manager and we are so happy to have you! Thank you for leading
your team and showing them how a true leader acts!
