Introducing Ricker's "You WOWed Me" Program!

*Does your smile cheer up even the grumpiest morning commuter?
 
*Do you frequently respond to others, "Aww shucks, I'm not really that awesome..."
 
*Do emails from your peers or boss usually end with a string of compliments about how GREAT you are?
 
If you answered "YES" to any of the above-- you're in luck!

Ricker's is EXCITED to announce our
"You WOWed Me" Program,
 dedicated to recognizing premium customer service!  

When Executives or District Managers witness/hear about/read about acts of EXCEPTIONAL customer service (external or internal),
a Ricker's "WOW” pin will be issued to that employee.  

ALL EMPLOYEES (CSR's, Food Service, Food Truck, Managers, Associates, Corporate) are eligible to earn a WOW pin.  WOW pins should be proudly displayed on your Brag Swag for all to see!

The WOW pin will be issued with a card that serves as an INVITATION to a company event at the Indy Motor Speedway in 2015! 
Invitations to the WOW Event in 2015 are EXCLUSIVE as only 40% of Ricker's employees will be invited!
The WOW event will be held at the Speedway in May 2015, where you will be able to watch practice and tour the garages after a company buffet lunch.  Further details regarding the event will be on the WOW invitation.


WHY would we be implementing this program?!  We want to RECOGNIZE those SUPERSTARS that provide premium customer service daily!
