ANYONE (CSR, Customer, Manager, Corporate) can nominate ANYONE (CSR, Manager, Corporate) to be a Customer Service Sensation!  The key to this program is your participation!  The Customer Service Sensation will be featured on the e-bulletin board on this here blog AND facebook Ricker's Superstars, and mentioned in the monthly newsletters.
